Satsang is a meeting in truth and not a meeting between separate persons. It is not a discussion.
Using guided meditations, inquiry and exploration of the questions that we have, we contemplate the beliefs and feelings that make us feel separate.
We also use body awareness exercises that help disrupt the sense of separation stored in the body.
In many cases, the benefits of attending this group take some time to get noticed, but they are inevitable.
