We meet in order to explore the truth of our direct and non-dual experience and to realize our true nature of happiness and peace.
Using guided meditations and inquiry, we explore the various beliefs and feelings that make us feel separate. We also use certain body awareness exercises that help release the sense of separation that is at the body and feeling level.
