This is a Victoria Theatre play where they re-enact a sci-fi comic book in "old time radio" fashion: with a large screen projection of the artwork, voice actors doing the voices, and a Foley artist doing the sound effects. Tickets can be purchased online or at the box office. If you are military (25%) or student (50%) you can get a discount if you purchase the tickets at the box office (you MAY be able to get the discount if you call in/pick them up at will call). Otherwise: $26 or $36.
My seat number: Aisle 3, Orchestra Right, Row K, Seat 6.
The year is 1933. Are you ready for the adventure? THE INTERGALACTIC NEMESIS: TARGET EARTH is a one-of-a-kind theatrical experience that mashes up radio drama with comic-books. Three actors voice dozens of characters; one Foley artist creates hundreds of sound effects; one keyboardist performs a score of thousands (yes, thousands!) of notes; while on a two-story high screen we project more than 1,250 individual, full-color, hand-drawn, hi-res, blow-your-mind comic book images to tell the story visually. LIVE.
Inspired by Raiders of the Lost Ark, Star Wars, and the pulp serials of the 1930s, THE INTERGALACTIC NEMESIS is a spectacle unlike any other and it’s for the kid in everyone.
