Introduction
I'm a beginner snowboarder and would love to meet fellow snow bunnies around the Northern California area who don't mind taking it a bit slow; and by slow I mean pausing mid-run to catch your breath or having a few hot cocoa breaks :).
Are you a skier or a snowboarder?

What is your level of skiing/snowboarding?
Beginner going intermediate (still trying to get my toe-turns right, be braver about speed, and not chicken-out on little boxes).
Which resorts do you usually visit for skiing/snowboarding?
Heavenly and Northstar.
When do you usually go up to the mountains? (i.e. weekdays, weekends)
Weekends, but looking to go on a couple of weekdays.
Do you have a vehicle that can go to Tahoe or can you drive up there?

Hi Isabel , welcome to our group! It's a good group and plenty of chance to talk. I'm sure you'll add a lot as you must have a great vocabulary being a translator. The bus trips are scheduled as follows: Jan 5-Sugar Bowl, Jan 19-Squaw Valley, Feb 2-Alpine Meadows, Feb 16-Northstar at Tahoe. I've been a member of this group for 18 years. Its a lot of fun. I actually work this weekend (night shift) so I wouldn't be able to go up on Sunday. I am trying to go up this friday! I also work night shift 12/14-12/15 so that WEd won't work for me either, i'll be sleeping
