Although the location was a bit chilly (Raley's), Rick Cooper's presentation hit the spot! Very professional, organized, easy to understand, and providing a steady flow of nonstop information. Thanks, Michelle, for arranging for Rick to speak with the group.

I feel really stupid for asking but is the "event center" in raley's the same as the coffee shop. A grocery store seemed like an odd place for a writer's meeting but a went last month anyways but couldn't find any one. Where exactly is the meeting held?

No - it's a meeting room at the back if the store. Ask one of the clerks if you can't find it.

I had just RSVP's when I realized I can't attend. I really wanted to be there. I hope Rick speaks again soon in the Sac/El Dorado County area.
