I have added screenplay coaching/ghost writing services to our 3L Publishing
(www.3LPublishing.com) services line. I am working with the incomparable Scott
D. Roberts, who is an incredible and brilliant screenwriter, to help our writers
craft their books into scripts that will sell. See his bio below. He has also
helped me with the pilot for my book, California Girl Chronicles,
too. His own work is pitch-perfect and better yet, he understands how executives
think. He can help you perfect your script version to what will actually
interest them and sell!!
I will let you know that an opportunity to work with someone of Scott's calibre is rare! I speak from experience. So, if you're interested, please let me know.
Scott D. Roberts is the writer, producer, and co-director of the award-winning documentary, “Gas Hole,” narrated by Peter Gallagher. He is currently in pre-production on “Gas Hole 2: Getting Drilled" with partner Jeremy Wagener. He is also the executive producer, writer, and co-host of the monthly segment, “Gas Hole of the Month” which airs on FSTV. He recently had his sitcom pilot that he co-wrote, “Scotty Moore,” optioned by EUE/Screen Gems with Mike O'Malley ("Yes, Dear," "Glee," "Shameless") executive producing and just finished writing a spec script, “Hero Unleashed,” with Todd Sawyer and Scott Disharoon, for academy-award nominated producer, David Levy (“Gosford Park,” “The Player.”) He wrote, produced, and directed two reality pilots in the last three years, "Giving, Celebrity Style," starring Melinda Clarke ("Nikita," "The O.C.") and "Ted & Jason: Building an Empire," featuring the hair stylist to the stars, Ted Gibson. Due to his 20 years in the industry, he brings an interesting uniqueness to his workshops by beginning his career as an actor, a literary agent, running a production company, and now as a writer, producer, and director. He has had numerous projects optioned and/or developed by New Line, Warner Brothers, Paramount, MGM, and Columbia.
