Hey Christian, I need to get the 411 on trail running in Norcross and find out when you guys meet to run. I'm here for a week and want to explore!

Hi Christian, Looking forward to hopefully meeting you on May 6th at Allatoona. The location is the beach area at Red Top Beach, I am assuming that will be okay. There is another area that we usually go to that is past the beach and a little tricky to find but might be better than the beach area... thoughts?

When do you go? I'm next to this stinkin river, and not sure if it's deep enough for my epoxy board.

Hehehe, why would you get kicked out for asking a question? :P No, I don't consider SC trail running or even a trail for that matter. That being said, we have 3 actual trail runs scheduled for the week already, so sometimes I post runs for the SC that allows for Tempo-paced runs or intervals, since it's a flat surface. Plus, it allows people to get together, if they want to. :)
