Perfect for those of you who are new to Nordic Walking, those who want to refresh their Nordic Walking technique and for those who want a medium paced Nordic Walk in the autumn. The walk goes along the Barleycroft and Reedbed Trails. The walk will be 5.5 miles around restored working quarry sites and along the river Great Ouse.
If you are NEW to Nordic Walking and want to give it a go can you email me first to find out about Beginners Classes - PLEASE. If not. just turn up and I look forward to seeing you there again next week.
Nordic Walking Cambs Terms & Conditions of Regular Nordic Walking Sessions: £6 per session including LEKI Nordic Pole hire. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the advertised start time to set up poles and equipment. Session Fees are payable at the beginning of each walk on a pay-as-you-go basis. We operate a ‘No Bad Weather - Just Bad Clothing’ policy, so be prepared to walk in all weathers. Please bring water in a back or waist pack and wear correct clothing and footwear. Unfortunately Trekking Poles are NOT suitable for Nordic Walking. Please advise Mervyn if you would like more information on purchasing your own set of LEKI Nordic Walking poles. Thank You!
