October-April: We usually meet every Saturday morning at Bayfront Park at 10:00 a.m. This trail is well maintained during the winter season.

May-September: We often change the location to the Burlington Lakeshore Trail, and change the walk day/time to Thursday nights at 6:45 p.m. Sometimes we walk on the sandy beach without the pole tips.

Since many walkers are members of Hamilton's Knot A Breast dragon boat team, sometimes we have cancel the walk due to scheduling conflicts.
