What game development experience do you have, if any?

I design and write computer games as a hobby in my spare time, in my day job I work in the IT department at UEA. My current games development focus is on creating phones for Android and Apple smart phones. I have three games currently on the Google Play store, one of which made the top 50 of all free games in the UK chart in September 2012. I monetise by providing adverts from Google Admob and offering premium versions of each game available for purchase. I'm currently in the process of porting my games to IOS.

What do you hope to get from these meetups?

I'd like to chat with other developers and geeks about their experiences and debate about what is right and wrong in the world of IT. I'd also like to meet artists and graphic designers who would be interested in the production of computer game art assets.

I write games for smartphones. I have currently have four games released on Google Play and two on Apple iTunes.
