How to Super charge Your Goals


New Year's Resolutions typically don't last through the month of January. The top reasons for this are... they're too general, i.e. "I'm going to lose weight" or "excercise more" .... or they're based on a need, should, or supposed to or they're more like "wishful thinking" than a real "goal."

A goal needs to be specific with a plan to achieve it.

However, any change that we start to make - whether in behavior or thinking - will run up against the biggest human obstacle of all......
