Simple, do-able weight management; balancing 7 factors for optimum well-being

I will address techniques for you to use immediately, even before you get home from this 50 minute workshop talk. These techniques are time-proven with levels of success beyond [your current] expectations. Don't expect THE miracle pill/ supplement/ drug/ potion. Your body does perform miracles, but not like that. It won't last without any doing/ active, consistent use of options as presented for you. However, if you practice consistently it WILL change your life! If you truly want it, it's not as hard as you imagine. It would be much harder on you to ignore your body's needs!

I have been in practice for over 2 decades. Prior, I worked in hospitals. I have 2 B.S.'s and a doctorate [so I'm full of it and my eyes are a darker brown, ha ha.] I can tell you with certainty: 1) you cannot know everything going on within your body right now regarding its current status/ needs. (2) What you don't know about your body's current status may hurt you and challenge your future options to make free choices. These are not threats, or intended to scare you, rather to give you the chance to have more control over your future happiness!

We will have: wine, water, snacks, etc. for you.

I will perform one levitation demonstration at this event…yes kidding! (Unless of course you have too much to drink.)
