Parking fee is $7, I believe. From what I'm reading, the off-leash area is between the water and the tide line for dogs that are under voice control.

    Where are we meeting?

I'm assuming there is a parking gate/entrance where we can gather. This is my first time at this location so I am not positive on the information.

It is a big parking lot, but I am sure we will not miss each other. I will come with 2 big GSD. :)

Tera and I should have room in our car. We are driving up from San Rafael and can meet somewhere in Petaluma. Send a preferred pickup location to either my Meetup message or text my cell.

Directions to parking lot at Dillon Beach.

Drive to Tomales. (Tomales is on Hwy 1, West of Petaluma) Turn West on to Dillon Beach Rd in Tomales (It might be called 1st street in town), drive approx 3.5- 4mi on Dillon Beach Rd (be aware it forks to the left at Valley Ford Franklin School Rd....stay left!!! stay on Dillon Beach road until you get to Dillon, keep left once you get to town, and then turn at left on Beach Rd (it's the 1st left) and left again on Cliff St. Parking will be on your right at beach.

I would assume there are Dillon Beach signs posted along the way. I have never been there but it looks fairly simple from my Google Earth map. I hope this helps.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
