Measure A Awareness (Marin County)

  • Nov 6, 2012 · 7:00 AM

This will not be sent out via email, this is just an information post. I do try to keep politics and life separate, but this proposition directly impacts hiking in Marin County.

I would like to encourage Marin County residents to vote yes on Measure A. This measure will provide a 1/4 cent sales tax to support maintenance and protection of county parks, open space and farmland.

The money is needed to restore habitat, reduce fire risk, and improve public access. Since Marin County Parks is one of the few places that allows off leash dogs, it is important that we support the county.

Please vote YES on Measure A. For more details, please visit
