North Bay Vegan Potluck

We would love to have you join us at our monthly vegan potluck! We have anywhere from 15 to 30 attendees and wonderful food and conversation. We also have a small group of 18-22 year olds, so please encourage the younger people to attend. They usually bring our most creative dishes! If you are new to this and do not know what to bring, you could try the following: A salad with non-dairy/egg dressing, fruit salad, hummus and pita or vegies, steamed veggies, guacamole and chips, or a pre-made item from Whole Foods. If you are adventurous, try one of the thousands of vegan recipes on the web, or in the many vegan/plant-based cookbooks on the market. We request that potluck items be free from all animal products including dairy and eggs (check your ingredient list for hidden animal products like casein, whey, gelatin, meat or fish broths, honey, etc.) Please bring your own serving and eating utensils, plate, cup, bowl, and napkin. Please include a recipe or an ingredient list with your potluck dish. Recipes for popular dishes will be posted on the Recipes From the North Bay Vegan Potluck blog at:

First time. I'll bring a salad with lettuce, nuts, raw veggies and no refined oils or vinegars.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
