Why: Meetup Website Fees and Group Activities Organization
The purpose of the group is for Single "Baby Boomers" (mid 40s to 60s) in the North Coastal area to have activities to do with others they have things in common with. We emphasize active, local and low cost. We do hikes, bike rides, Happy Hours, concerts, dancing, art exhibits, bowling, dinner and a movie nights and more. I'm looking for Assistant Organizers to help in any capacity they can.
It's not meant to be a dating venue but of course if you meet someone you want to date, by all means! I think the best way to get to know people is not in an "interview" situation like the dating websites encourage but gradually, over time, doing something you'd like to do in any case. To that end, please don't sign up and not show up. The site is maintained for only actively participating members.
I hope your experience with the group is a positive one. A good way for that to happen is not to come with too many expectations. One time the group can be very small and not all that much fun and the next time, it can be great! Keep an open mind and try it several times before you make a judgement. It's a constantly evolving thing. I encourage you to help me make it all we want it to be.

Your organizer's refund policy for North Coast Singles
Your organizer will refund you if:
- I'll refund prepaid quarterly, semi-annual or annual dues if you leave before end of prepaid term, one month or more. No refunds for event fees unless event is cancelled by me. If I cancel group, all prepaid fees one month or more will be refunded.
