Off The Grid Expo

Most families don’t even have food & water stored for the 3 days required, let alone a devastating natural disaster, a pandemic or an economic CRISIS which can last even longer. With all the overseas chaos happening, the price of gas and oil skyrocketing, it’s time to get prepared. Self-sufficiency is something most of us are unaware of. We simply know to go grocery shopping and we buy pre-made foods. It’s time to learn how to preserve & grow your own foods, learn about solar generators, guns and gun safety and equip your families with the items needed for survival.

Only $10 for adults. Go here to purchase tickets and get more info. They've even put together a  video commercial.

There was one vendor in particular I was wondering about ... was there a guy there selling radioactive absorbers? Also supplements in capsule form of these absorbers? Last year I recall they had one pound packages of the stuff for $20.
This company is a rip off. What they are selling is kitty litter. The product does as they say, but if you really want zeolite you can buy a 25 pound bag of Happy Cat brand kitty litter which is 100% zeolite with no additives or perfumes for $8. What they're selling is a huge mark-up. Charging $20 for something that normally costs 32 cents.

Weren't there any classes? Last year there were seminars and classes on worthy topics.

I went on Sunday and they had a few speakers. Oath Keepers, a lady about emergency food storage, and a guy who spoke about starting a garden.

It was not very big, but the vendors were good.

For those of you that attended in the past at the Expo, Is it a good size and is there admission? May go up Sunday but we will just be looking as we cannot buy anything right now. Is it worth it for ideas and future sources? Thanks!

I'm going on Sunday (not Saturday) and I'll be interested in a car pooling. I live in San Marcos but can meet anywhere.

I'm so sad I am missing another great event. Our teenager has Akido testing that day and it will take awhile. I've yet to meet you all and am looking forward to it. We are a great, small family of 3 that are close and live on the coast.

I have a race that day so I can't attend. I went last year and it was great! Has a lot of potential for growth and educaton. Could somebody write up a summary after attending?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
