ParkRun is a voluntary organisation who organise runs in parks all over Ireland and other parts of the world. They run a 5km event every Saturday in St Annes Park, Raheny.
You need to register and print off a bar code to take part but its all free.
Race starts 9.30am and then after the race you hand in your barcode and you will get your result online later on that day. All levels take part and you can complete the race in your own time and at your own speed.

We meet at the Red Stables car park (off Mount Prospect Avenue) between 9am- 9.15am- the race kicks off at 9.30am.
