Welcome to North Jersey Stitch N Bitch. We welcome anyone and everyone from beginners to the experienced.We welcome all skill levels and all fiber artisans from Crochet to mixed media art, quilting, sewing to weaving.  We do not mind giving pointers and teaching and we even include special days for beginners and the experienced. We also go on outings, picnics, movies , host yarn swaps, jelly roll purges, canvas purges ( or at least I do :)) and Plan a getaway or even a few!

We ask all members contribute a Fee of $2 a month or $20 a year as a meetup fee to cover organizing costs ( I've been paying $228 annually for this by myself on credit and also paying for the table service tip) and if we all chipped in I would be grateful and that would open up a whole world of possibilities for our group, and when we haunt a place we need to include what is called a table service tip (yes even at Panera), so It'd be nice to be able to give something as a collective. Also whatever is left over can be used for outings such as deposits on charter buses ( for future knit at the beach, Rhinebeck, Vogue Knitting and even other fiber and needlepoint festivals.)Teachers fees for future guest teachers and the like.

We will soon have a website all of our own full of patterns purchased for the group, as well as access to our ravelry, twitter, fb , tumblr, and a few sponsors.
