This group is for people who like, love or just want to go bicycling. Experience not necessary. It is NOT for those training for a race or triathalon, who want to to go for 20+ miles, or who are too proud to walk your bicycle up a big hill.
As a kid, I used to love bicycling. It was fun, cool even on a hot day, and made me feel great. I now have a shiny new bike and want to get back into it and realize it will take a lot of practice to work my way up to medium to long distances and build up muscles for those pesky New England hills. And it may well take some peer support to weather through all of that until the pain becomes pure unadulterated pleasure.
