Meetup Description: Please join us for an introduction to making cultured soy foods!

Cultured soy foods have been enjoyed as delicious and healthy meals for ages. Come and learn the basics of making your own! Soy is a high-protein food that provides greater nutrition and flavor in a cultured state. No Tofu here- and you'll learn why.

You will see the various stages of developing Tempeh and enjoy a taste of the finished product.

You will learn about making Tamari and Shoyu.

You will see early stage Miso production.

You will take home basic directions on making your own cultured foods at home along with a list of resources for further learning.
