The 3rd Saturday of every summer month, Gloucester shuts down Main Street and has a free Block Party! There's lots of food, entertainment, shopping, and fun. Let's meetup and stroll Main Street, get a bite to eat and check out the scene! I don't think the entertainment schedule has been set yet, so I'll update as it gets closer.
■Main Street closes to traffic at 5 pm for set-up.
■No parking after 5 pm on Main Street, please move your car, it will be towed.
■Parking Meters - no charge after 6 pm
■Park FREE at the St. Peter's Square or the vacant lot past the Gloucester House Restaurant, both on Rogers Street.
■In July & August you can take the Water Shuttle to St. Peter's Square until 8:15pm from Harbor Loop, Rocky Neck (at the Studio) and Cripple Cove.
