This summer session of Nia classes are a great way to continue your dance through life. Move to lively music while conditioning your body. We work on improving strength, agility, mobiltiy stability, and flexibility with movement variety in the forms of dance, martial arts and yoga. These are being held at the Community House every Tuesday until July 23rd.
3 classes in August. August 13, 20, 27th.
