Tap into Joy- a Playshop

Want to add more joy to your life? Want to move more freely? Join me for a playshop on The JOY of Movement.

This is an invitation to you, to seek and experience Joy in every movement so we can bring this into our everyday lives. This workshop teaches you how to create a loving relationship with your body, how to sense and choose pleasure over pain, and how moving with pleasure becomes a path to heal and condition.

In this workshop we will explore by
moving in your own body's way,
tuning into your body's sensations,
connecting with playfulness and joy,
learn about how the body works,
being inspired by dynamic music,
and leave feeling more alive and connected.

We will combine movement, music, reflection and writing. Contact me with any questions.

You will be guided with skill and passion by Susan Guest, certified fitness Teacher and Educator. Susan has been teaching Nia, a conscious movement practice, for 6 years, and has been an educator for over 14 years. Her rich background in dance, fitness, and wellness, make her an exceptional guide for your journey into loving your body and finding more joy and pleasure while you dance through life. cost- $20

Is there a certain skill level needed for this? It looks like fun but I've never done this before.

Please bring water, clothes you can move in, something that makes you feel great! And a pillow or cushion to sit on. We will be mostly moving, but there will be breaks and time to share.
Looking forward to moving into more JOY!
