Hats: An Anthology by Stephen Jones ~ Exhibit at the PEM

I don't like wearing them,  but I think hats are a creative delight.  Join me at this unique exhibit at the Peabody Essex Musseum:

Explore the delightful realm of hats - wildly plumed bonnets, silk turbans, sequined caps, embroidered crowns, Sarah Jessica Parker's lime-green fascinator and 250 other elegant and sometimes outlandish styles. Displayed with the wit and whimsy of British milliner-to-the-stars Stephen Jones, Hats reveals the boundless creativity of hat design and our own fascination with wearing these indescribable works of art.

Museum admission is $15.00 for non-members and we will purchase tickets that afternoon. Additionally cost if you park in the museum's garage,  but carpooling can help that.

I'm sorry but I have to cancel today. Yesterday I went on bicycle ride with a friend and crashed. Am hurting today. I was so looking forward to this exhibit. Does anyone know how long it will be at the museum?

So sorry to hear about your crash Sharon. I don't remember off hand when it ends, but you can check the PEM site. Feel better.

Today I tried to get a pass for the Peabody Essex Museum for 11/11 and it is already reserved by someone else. Kindly check with your town's library and, if they offer a pass for the PEM for Sunday, Nov. 11, please reserve it and plan to pick it up before meeting the group. If you reserve a pass, please make a note of it on your RSVP so we don't get more than we need. Thanks, and just let me know if you have any questions.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
