Learn about:

low-glycemic-index eating, exercise, stress reduction and supplementation.

Find out why this system works and how it is different than other programs.

Both individual coaching and group classes are available.

We guarantee results if you follow the program!

Here is a little more information about TLS: TLS is not a diet, it is a lifestyle program. It is science based and the TLS coaches are trained. Many of our coaches are also health professionals.

TLS Weight Loss Solution teaches low-glycemic eating and how to identify new favorite foods, creating new, healthy behaviors, and improving body composition to get metabolism operating in high gear. It also provides supplements/vitamins when needed.

It is a program designed around a client/patient's goals, and their commitment level to achieving their personal health and fitness goals. It’s not about trying to fit in a box while saying, "just eat this and not that" or "do this, don’t do that." It’s customized to the individual, and is designed to keep them on track to achieve their personal weight loss goals and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle.

They are also offering a 28-day Spectrum Challenge which will start on Monday, January 7th. Here is a little more information about the Spectrum Challenge: (Those interested can do both I have listed this separately as a meetup:)

The 12 week TLS program is $137.85 and the coaching is free for those who want to do the program virtually (via email, phone, text, website support). For those who want to access the 12 one hour classes, it is an additional $5.00 per class. We offer incentives for people who prepay or invite others to the program. There is also an a la carte menu for people who want help with shopping, a pantry makeover, menu planning, etc. Participants get a lot of value for what they pay. All that will be explained at the overview.

28 day Wiwat Spectrum Challenge

*Initial Medical Evaluation including Lifestyle Medicine vital signs and bloodwork with a post Challenge follow up.

*A step-wise 28 day dietary makeover incorporating a whole food, plant-based diet.

*Burst exercise instruction for daily activity maintenance and metabolic activation.

*Weekly meetings available for support and exchange of ideas and overcoming barriers including recipe exchange and examples of food preparation.

*Virtual coaching and social media support available. This is something I am interested in and have started to eat more salads and fruit and things from the earth :) My nutritionish recommended this and I am hoping to make 2013 a new year and hope to lose some weight and lower my blood pressure and keep my cholesterol in check. Hitting 50 has me trying to get my body healthy and happy! Anyone feeling the same and interested in joining me feel free to RSVP and check it out with me, we can have a support team!

Thanks, Sue
