28 day Wiwat Spectrum Challenge

*Initial Medical Evaluation including Lifestyle Medicine vital signs and bloodwork with a post Challenge follow up.

The 28 day Spectrum Challenge is covered by insurance and includes an initial assessment by Dr. Witkowski and a follow up assessment including Lifestyle vital signs and bloodwork. This is something I am interested in and have started to eat more salads and fruit and things from the earth :) My nutritionish recommended this and I am hoping to make 2013 a new year and hope to lose some weight and lower my blood pressure and keep my cholesterol in check.
