BEGINNERS GROUP SESSION-
Now accepting sign-ups for the next beginners session. It is a 5-week session focusing on the basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and guided relaxation. The next session begins October 25th at 11:15am. Please email me if you are interested. The fee is $50/5-weeks.

A power vinyasa flow sequence that will increase your strength and flexibility and leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and totally rejuvenated. All levels are welcome. Room is heated to 90 degrees.
