I have always felt that no one single person can be the sum total of another persons wants, needs and expectations in any kind of relationship. I am easily attracted to different people all of the time. Before moving to the metroplex, my wife and I crashed into the tip of an iceberg with another couple that, after a lot of soul searching and discussion, we have come to view as polyamorous. We tried swinging, but found that we prefer more, of the sense of community, and deeper feelings of love and commitment that is lacking in the more superficial "take it straight to bed" swinging scene. Not that that's a bad thing though. Speaking only for myself, I'm looking to expand my horizons and interpersonal skills through meeting and garnering relationships with like minded individuals and groups.
Hi, I'm John. Been living in the area since about 2004. Married, but on a search for a lifestyle or discipline that will allow my life to make sense. I am in a constant fight with typical midwestern judeo christian values. "Monogamy" in other words.
