We hope to form a group of local self directed IRA owners who will invest in local real estate and other businesses. The group will help present retirement account owners "roll over" some or all of their funds to a self directed account. Each meeting will present investment opportunities to the group and thus rehabbers and real estate buyers can find the capital or the loan to acquire property.
