The Process Improvement Challenge

You already have a process in place where you work. It may or may not be clearly defined. It may or may not be well understood. But you have a process of some kind by which you develop your product. The question is: Is that process the best it could ever be, or is there room for improvement? And if there's room for improvement, who are the best people to make the necessary changes?

The Process Improvement Challenge is a hands-on exercise designed to help explore these and related issues. It promises to be both fun and informative.
