iPhone / iPad (iOS) developer
Software Development, sailing, skiing, Europe, life!
Two iOS apps (real estate, commerce), plus maintaining my Windows based order management system.
Networking with other North bay Entrepreneurs - spend too much time staring at the same four walls!
I'm interested to know what you do for graphics for your classes. My company is partnering with educators and developers to share graphic design resources tailored for mobile. Let me know if that sounds interesting, best wishes!

Are we meeting tonight?
Yes I will look up zoom.us
Will the Stanford meetup be available on line with zoom?
Thank you for organizing these North Bay meetings of "iOS developer wannabes". But I think I left you with the wrong impression about my knowledge of Xcode vis-a-vis my experience with Fortran. May I share my thoughts with you in a lengthier email before next Thursday's meeting?
Hi Mike! Just dropping a note to say I enjoyed hangin with you and the others at Saylor's Landing! Looking forward to learning more and more about developing and monetizing for the Apple platform.
You should be just fine then. I've had others lug desktops in. You wouldn't be the first. :)
You can probably get away with the older version of Xcode for the examples, especially the non GUI ones. The workshop focuses on Objective-C programming so I think your operating system and Xcode version will work just fine. There will also be power outlets for you to connect your computer as well. This should not be a problem. You can also attend the workshop without a computer. You just won't be able to run any of the examples while you are there. You can download the examples from home.
