It's time to get your geek on with a geocaching hike at Bond Park in Cary. Geo what!? In case you don't know, geocaching is a free real-world outdoor treasure hunt. Players try to locate hidden containers, called geocaches, using a smartphone or GPS and can then share their experiences online. There are 2 million geocaches hidden around the world waiting to be found.

Lunch venues include La Farm and Panera, both close by on Cary Parkway. But as it's a Sunday, expect them to be packed. There's also Jimmy John's, which is pretty good too, just around Maynard Road towards Lowe's and the Dog/Skate Park.
