Come out and join us for a weekly run on the beach. This is for all fitness levels. Run any distance that you are comfortable with. Running can be boring and tedious and boring. So, let's try to make this not so boring and tedious, you're at the beach afterall. These runs will be geared to get you in shape, or help you stay in shape, as well as prepare you for the upcoming outdoor adventures.
This group is dedicated to all things adventurous. If you like your adventure human powered and fitness related, then this is the group for you. All experience levels are welcome. Adventures range from local to distant and include hiking, biking, kayaking, climbing, canyoneering, caving, backpacking, snowboarding, skiing, snowshoeing, scuba diving, riverboarding, rafting, adventure racing, etc... The sky's the limit.
