Weekly Beach Run in Carlsbad

Come out and join us for a weekly run on the beach. This is for all fitness levels. The run is generally 3-4 miles although you can run any distance that you are comfortable with. Running can be boring and tedious and boring. So, let's try to make this not so boring and tedious, you're at the beach afterall. These runs will be geared to get you in shape, or help you stay in shape, as well as prepare you for the upcoming outdoor adventures.

    Hi, I am working my way up to being able to keep up with the group. I'm getting an uphill run in today and hopefully some new running shoes this week. I hope to be able to join in on one of the runs soon!!
