New Years Eve - Casual bar and/or dancing get together

Anyone with out plans interested in getting together New Years Eve?

The Londoner is FREE (no cover charge), a big place with great bar food, great luve music, and even a dance floor.

Being free, it might get pretty crowded.
They advise be there before 10pm to get in, and before 8pm if we want to secure a comfy table, vs. standing room only.

Please Contact me as the coordinator to all find eachother.

Thanks!

Hey guys, I'll have to join you next time. I've been invited to Winstar and who can refuse losing money? It's getting to be crunch time....hope to see you all soon.

I'm probably not super keen on Terellis or the Quarter pub due to prefer bar over restaurant and quarter pub has a cover (but still no dancing).

SInce members are all over, I'lll be selfish and throw out a place in Plano - The Fillmore Pub on 15th st.
There's also other places near by, some might even have dancing.

Or if there's a few of you from Dallas coming, and Plano's too far, what about Addison?
THere's quite a few places there - some around Addison Circle, and some on or off of Beltline Rd.

But I don't want to waste time researching Addison unless I know for sure people are coming and would be OK/prefer that area.
So please let me know, else, I'll probably stick with somewhere near me in plano like Fillmore Pub.

I was browsing the Observe today and saw a couple of place in the uptown area. One was the Quarters, another place is Terrilli's on lower Greenville. Terrilli's has live music and of course if you're hungry, the food is excellent. Just a couple of suggestions, Be great to find a place where there's some dancing but I understand this is casual. I'm open for anything though.

FYI, I have some friends going to the free music and fireworks show in Victory Park. I did that one year, and it's sooooooo crowded --pretty difficult to even park or get in to the fenced in controlled area, and finding rach other as a meetup is probably next to impossible.
So I don't think that's an option, at least for me.

    FYI, I live in Plano.
So nothing is really happening "group" wise, then we might just hit up a local Plano bar or something for a midnight drink or two.
    But no biggie either way.

    OK guys.
I found some places (such as Tates Bar in Dallas) that have no cover tomorrow, but nothing great with say, dancing, that's not either outrageously priced or needs pre-booking, and I just didn't have time to really look, and being the 30th, time has just about run out.

So, how about we do this.
Anyone still interested in getting together and at least doing something, just contact me, as the "coordinator" directly via phone or email, and based on any replies, maybe can figure something out.
FOr me, it looks like its probably just me and my wife tomorrow night, and anyone else interested in getting together for a drink or something... great. welcome.

I may be interested in something casual. I haven't thought of a suggestion yet but will let you know if I come up with something.

Thanks Teresa. I don't think im up for spending $50/pp. I sorta found some free places, but haven't had a chance to really look into them yet.
