That's Maddie in the Little Tennessee river. We were on the way back home to FL from an AT trail hike.
She would only be unhappy when she has to leave the water. Her objective on every hike is to find the access point to the river.
She is indeed a perfect hiking dog and can follow the trail better than me sometimes.
