Life Changes Be Ready Preparedness Expo

  • Check out the event webpage for more details!

  • Charley will be giving a brief seminar on Water purification in urban and wilderness environments: The Who, What, Why, When and Where.  This will take place Saturday at 9am, and Sunday at 10am.

We will also be teaching a food storage class on Saturday (1-3pm) and a bug out bag class on Sunday (2-4pm)!

Are you prepared for the storms ahead?

Have you lived through natural disaster, a hurricane or tornado? Do you remember where you were or what you were on September 11, 2001? Economic uncertainty has increased the reasons to be prepared. Do you have a plan in place if a catastrophic natural or man-made disaster unfolds in the near future? In the event of social breakdown, are you secure in the knowledge of what to do or how to protect and preserve your family and loved ones?

    Plan now!

Now is the time prepare for the unexpected events of life. Don’t get caught short of food, first aid, or pure water, or personal protection and real money (silver and gold). Let us help you prepare your plan now!

    Changing the way you live!

Preparation requires a commitment to a lifestyle few of us know how to live in today’s hectic “gotta have it now” environment.

  • Preparation may require relearning skills your grandparents knew as basic living skills such as gardening, canning and food storage & preservation — skills that today’s society has all but forgotten.

  • Preparation can also be a new and exciting family activity the gets you out from in front of the TV and into a warm & personal interaction with those you love and care about.

Really enjoyed the expo, ran into several people from our Jacksonville group and even ran into a prepper friend I had
not seen in over 10 years, small world.
All in all a great experience, good to see so many new people
starting to wake up. Hope they plan more Expos down the road.

Hi everyone, spots are limited so we're trying to get accurate numbers for the Food Storage (Prepping Your Pantry) class and the Bug Out Bag Class at the Expo. If you are interested in attending either of these classes, email [masked] so I can reserve you a seat!

If I go saturday will that cover most the imformation ,or is it the same thing repeated on sunday?thank you .

    • Charley

Hi Nancy, to answer your question, some of the lectures will be repeated on Sunday, but there are a couple of lectures that are only taking place on Saturday. So you'd have to take a look at the full schedule to see which lectures are different on Sunday. For instance, James Wellesley Rawles is ONLY speaking on Saturday, but there's a new speaker on communications planning on Sunday. The majority of the vendors will be there both days. If you pre-purchase your tickets there is a discount for buying both days up front. Hope this helps! You can always email [masked] with any additional questions.
