This will be our last practice for the Spartan Race.
We did more on the second practice - with 7 obstacles, almost 5 miles of running and 160-175 burpees!!! So we are going to bring it up again another notch. This time, we will aim for 8 miles, 10 obstacles and 200 burpees. This is going to be another great one.
