Nice job to everyone that helped coordinate this effort. It was fantastic!

Here is a link for a lecture that I really liked covering high performance Javascript.

Thanks for posting this link John - this session/room was PACKED and couldn't fit in more people without having attendees sit on each others' shoulders.

Although I'm a bit biased as a coorganizer of this code camp, I thought it generally went well and was great!

Let's figure out ride-sharing for those leaving from the Rockford area.

I'm for leaving at 7 from Kevon's -- don't think we need to be that much earlier.

Sorry thought I posted this already. Those that are car pooling with me let's plan on leaving from my place no later than 730 as this will give us time to travel, get registered, and eat something when we get their.

If several of our User Group members are looking at going and/or possibly presenting at Chicago Code Camp, I strongly suggest carpooling when possible to do so; it's an easy drive there from the Rockford area and is an awesome day of learning. The event's facility is comfortable and lunch has been provided in previous years. Please discuss...

Hi, what time does the code camp finish? I have banquet to attend in the evening. Would like to go if not to late.

5 p.m., but you are free to leave earlier if needed to do so - there are concurrently-occuring sessions happening all day. If you do not yet have your ticket, I'd also jump on it-few remain.

Just confirmed-about a dozen are all that remain as of noon today... if you don't have a ticket yet, better jump on it!! :-)

(A waiting list will open afterward for any potential cancellations, but waiting-list spots are not guaranteed entry without a ticket-just like all of the other ticketed attendees will need).

IMPORTANT: simply clicking the RSVP link here does nothing besides stating your interest in attending the conference-YOU WILL NEED TO GET A TICKET THROUGH THE EVENT'S WEBSITE AT IF YOU WANT TO ATTEND. Tickets are free while spots are available; last year's conference "sold out / maxed out" the available tickets, therefore don't sit on your thumbs...
