As you know we are all God’s children. We know our maker wants us to be healthy. But so many times, we feed only a portion of the many components of our lives. Many times our bodies and our health are put last. This makes us susceptible to weight and health problems. Praise Aerobics TM was designed help us honor our body temples. We use the strength of God to propel us to better health.

Praise Aerobics TM is combination of exercise, devotion and positive affirmation. The exercises incorporate standard aerobics that is designed to burn fat by stimulating the cardiovascular system, strengthen the heart by increasing the heart's capacity to distribute blood to the body, and increase endurance for overall health and vitality. While exercising, participants hear gospel house music which is scripturally based. We incorporate the encouraging words from the bible as motivation throughout the exercise.
