Yes! My previous SLR used film, and I was quite good when I was focused on photography in High School. Unfortunately, this favorite hobby fell by the wayside in college. But this year, I was inspired to pick it up again, this time in digital form!
I'm not very proficient in Photoshop. Right now I am using mostly Adobe Lightroom, and I have gotten pretty good with editing photos in there. Once I acquire Photoshop, I plan on ramping up my skills in that area as well.
Right now I have a Nikon D3100. As I get more proficient I would like to get a higher grad model.
Oh goodness! What a question. Although there are a ton to choose from, I think my top choice would be to have followed Paul the Apostle as his personal photographer. I've followed a lot of his trail in Greece, & would have loved to document his life.
Right now, I have a Nikkor 18-55mm f/[masked] AF-S DX VR. In the near future, I am hoping to get a few new lenses so those can be my favorite!
Hi, my name is Rachel Lowe, and I recently moved to Woodbridge last May. After a long hiatus from photography, I recently bought myself a new DSLR and am relearning the ropes. I would love to meet up with other photographers in the area!
