I’d like to gather a spirited, imaginative, and supportive group of folks together to make our adventure dreams a reality. Individual adventures, group adventures, long-held dreams, new creations, big bold adventures, little quiet adventures, adventures of all descriptions…

I always think of outdoor adventures- hot air balloons, standing on mountain tops, kayaking on the ocean, etc... but then I think also what an adventure it would be to finally get my fence built or my photos organized...or changing a habit, or approaching something that scares me and when I get through it I will feel really empowered...that feeling of accomplishment. So I think these kinds of goals are adventures, too. What do you think?

What support can we give each other in having our adventures? What are some wonderful adventures we could create and experience together?

Monthly meet-ups would be a mix of brainstorming, encouraging and listening to each other and planning adventures. Additional meet-ups would be the adventures! (Although I think the brainstorming and planning part is an adventure, too.)

If you are getting out your pen right now to write a list of all the things you’ve been wanting to do and haven’t yet and you can’t wait to talk about it, this is probably the group for you. If you are also excited to listen kindly and creatively to other people’s dreams and be a part of a support network to help make them happen ,then this group really is for you.

People's interest areas may likely be pretty diverse. I think that’s OK ,though, and interesting. Ideally we’ll have a lot of different adventures going on-some that the whole group will want to go on and some just a few and many will be an individual adventure coming true.

Because of all this diversity and working together, I’d like to attract people who are understanding and appreciative of each other’s differences, listen to others well, share talking time, and are encouraging to others when they are facing their fears(something you may have to do to have your adventure).
