I gained a hands-on perspective to the process that could never be conveyed through book learning. So wonderful to see the oven built by a small group and ready to go in three days. I truly believe anyone could learn the technique and use it to build a variety of structures.
Jonah is a wonderful teacher! We hope to have him back to teach more natural building techniques in the future.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
