Interested in Growing Better Quality and Higher Yielding Crops?
... How about Crops with Improved Pest & Disease Resistance?
... What if Your Crops had Better Tolerance of Extreme Weather Conditions too?
These topics and more will be discussed during a Free Introductory Lecture on Bionutrient Rich Crop Production. Dan Kittredge, life long Farmer and Executive Director of the Bionutrient Food Association (BFA; www.bionutrient.org), a tax exempt charitable organization, will share his understanding and first hand experiences utilizing a Biological Approach to crop production. He will also identify and address factors that can limit genetic potential. This Lecture is geared towards Farmers, Gardeners, and any one else who craves to know how to grow good, quality food, as well as eating it too, and thus demanding it from their farmer! Quality is the purpose, where from 1975 to 2010, the average nutritional values of the average crop have steadily declined: Broccoli has 54% less calcium, Cauliflower & Daikon No longer have any Vitamin A, and Collard Greens have 81% less Iron! This trend is reversible! Be part of the movement making this happen!
