In this gentle workshop we'll talk about how to take care of yourself and discuss coping strategies for family gatherings, loneliness, and dialing down the stress.
Let's find ways to make new traditions for this time of year, and learn about some herbs and techniques to help you find calmness.
We will enjoy a calming herbal tea and you can make a small wreath or another seasonal craft (all materials provided), and there will be handouts, so you go home with something to remind you--you will be o.k.
