I became a certified personal trainer over ten years ago. I started this Meetup because I like to help others work towards there fitness goals. So whether you want to lose weight, get lean, build muscle, increase flexibility, improve balance, manage stress, or have any health concerns, then join others who share the same interests to trade workout tips and stay motivated! Beginners and all levels are welcomed to join together to work out and have fun and get healthy and fit.
