Friday Night Free Outdoor Concert: 25 or 6 to 4, Chicago Tribute Band

If you love the music of Chicago, you'll enjoy 25 or 6 to 4, a terrific Chicago tribute band that's been entertaining audiences for years with their authentic reproductions of all the group's classic hits.

NOTE:  It may get really crowded early!  I'll be there around 5 to stake out a spot, but I only have a blanket and two chairs, so come early if you can.  We have a good size group coming and I want to be sure we can save a big enough area.  If it's full by the time you arrive, you may be SOL.

Arlington Hts. annual concert series will be held in Harmony Park on Thursday and Friday nights starting June 5 & 6. Concerts are held from 7-8:30 p.m. in Harmony Park located in the Downtown at Vail Avenue and Campbell Street, just two blocks south of the Arlington Heights Train Station.

These concerts add a great vibrancy to Downtown, making it an exciting way to spend a summer night with your family, friends and neighbors. This wonderful concert series has been held for over 12 years. Enjoy a free concert and take time to check out the wonderful stores, restaurants and entertainment activities offered throughout the Downtown.  Check their website for more details: http://www.discoverarlington.com/news/default.aspx?&ArticleId=659

Concerts will be cancelled due to inclement weather.

Against recliner has wheels that would get stuck in the mud. I suggest a gsl

    • Rod

Kid and dog-friendly, yes, as long as they are all well behaved. ;)

I'll plan to be there by 5 pm with a blanket and chair to help save your place. Is there a spot that you have in mind? Right of the stage, left of the stage, or center to look for you. I can two bring blue and green balloons if you want me to.

    June 11, 2014

    • Rod

Anyplace is fine with me, whoever gets there first. The balloons would be great!

Does anyone else have an issue when trying to RSVP through the email link on your phone, that a "pay online now" message is given? These meet ups are free, so something is not right.

    June 7, 2014

    • Ira K

Nope. I just RSVP thru the site. It turns out to be easier. I'm sure someone can figure it out for you on here or when we see you.
