"We live in a special place full of local foods and wines! In this class we will explore the wine regions of eastern Washington. Learn why the area makes distinct wines, taste the influence of the environment. With them we will taste local charcuterie (cured meats and pates) from Olympic Provisions. They are using product from Northwest farms to produce European inspired salamis and pates."
