This group was formed to assist anyone interested in learning about buying and/or investing in Norwalk Area Real Estate and actually seeing them at the same time. You will get a hands-on Open House tour of several local Norwalk, CT "Best-Buys". It is open to Investors, Home Buyers, Future Investors and Interested Parties.

This is a fast and efficient way to find out about the best local real estate deals in the Norwalk area. If you are interested in any homes you see, there will be agents there to answer any questions and to follow up with you in the future if necessary. There will also be a Mortgage Officer, Real Estate Attorney and a Local Contractor.This group dynamic works because there will be people in the group asking questions that you may not have thought of asking and getting answers from the experts.

Here's how it works:

1. RSVP online to our next tour, the cost is FREE with a twist.  To reserve a space on the tour there is a $25.00 deposit that you will be credited in full upon arrival.  The reason for this is because we are providing food and refreshments.  If you cancel 2 days before a full refund will given.  After 2 days you can apply to the next tour.

2. Meet at 1PM at Keller Williams, 144 East Ave., Norwalk for a 15 min. introduction to the art of purchasing real estate and the properties we will be viewing. Including Q & A.

3. 1:15PM we get on the road with more info as we travel. We will view 6-10 properties throughout Norwalk.

4. We will spend 15-30 minutes per property.

5. There will be some short stops for breaks in between.

6. We will be back at Keller Williams between 4:30PM and 5:00Pm.  There will be Wine and Cheese served upon arrival.

There will be plenty of time for Q & A during and after the tour. There will be a mortgage company and attorney in attendance and along with the Sponsors will be discussing local real estate and market updates.
